Q: How long is the Sonoran's Paradise Breeze* cooler warranty?
A: All Paradise Breeze* cooler parts are warranty from functional defects for seven years.

Q: What is the sheet metal gauge used in the Paradise Breeze* Coolers?
A: They are 20 gauge galvanized that is powder coated for long lasting.

Q: Why does Sonoran only offer side draft?
A: We offer side draft because with that design the pan can be easily removed and, as a side benefit, the pan can hold more water for cooling. The biggest benefit from side-draft is that the pan and top are interchangeable parts.

Q: Does Sonoran have any plans to offer down draft?
A: Our engineering department is evaluating the down draft design. This design will take away the ability to swap the pan and the top.

Q: Does Sonoran have a roll-about model?
A: We do offer a shop model with wheels to move the unit about.

Q: Can we buy just the wheels kit?
A: Yes, we offer the wheel kit as a replacement part. However, cooler use in shop must be equipped with a register to protect from the spinning squirrel cage fan.

Q: How can I examine and/or buy the cooler?
A: While we are planning and waiting to move to our 2 acres site, you can visit us at our temporary factory at 940 S. Warren, Tucson, AZ 85719.

Q: Why should I buy from a relatively new corporation?
A: We manufacture our coolers using Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) parts. These suppliers have been in business for decades. Getting replacement parts is not and will not be an issue.

Q: Where is your manufacturing?
A: While we are planning and waiting to move to our 2 acres site, our temporary factory is located at the Factory Plaza, 940 S. Warren, Tucson, AZ 85719

Q: What parts are made at this manufacturing site?
A: We make the frame at our site. This include the material preparation, fabrication, chemical treatment and finishing.

Q: Do you stock OEM components at your manufacturing?
A: Yes we do. We carry a stock level for forecasted 4 weeks of production.

Q: How long would it take to order and receive a cooler?
A: It usually take 5 to 7 days to ship the cooler from Tucson to any where in the US.
